Katie Holmes is trying to use her friendship with Robin Thicke to launch a singing career, claims Star.
“Now that she has a new life away from [Tom Cruise], she wants to try new things,” an insider explains to the tabloid.
Fair enough.
But then Star starts “reporting” on Holmes, and we’ve all seen how well that goes.
“Katie and Robin have already been in the studio together — he thinks she’s got serious talent,” says the tab’s source, adding that Holmes wants to “take chances” and move her career in a new direction.
Is this like when the outlet falsely claimed Holmes’ daughter Suri was going to become a model?
“None of it’s true,” a source close to Holmes tells Gossip Cop, noting that the actress has no intention of embarking on a singing career.
