Busy Philipps is a mom — again!
The “Cougar Town” star revealed on Twitter on Wednesday that she and husband Marc Silverstein have welcomed their second child, a baby girl.

“So this happened…” Philipps tweeted along with a touching photo of herself cradling her newborn on her chest.
Reps for the actress tell Gossip Cop that the sitcom star gave birth on Tuesday, with the baby weighing in at 8.5 pounds.
“Everyone is healthy and happy,” we’re told.
The little one joins big sister Birdie, who will turn 5 in August.
