Legendary Pictures just made DC Comics best bromance official.
SAN DIEGO — Aiming to claim the big moment at Comic-Con International 2013, Warner Bros. officially announced that the Man of Steel sequel will be Superman & Batman.
As the panel was wrapping up, Zack Snyder took the stage to confirm the Superman sequel. Despite rumors to the contrary, there was no mention of a Flash or Justice League movie. Snyder also failed to answer the question of who would be stepping into Bruce Wayne's shoes since Christian Bale supposedly has hung up his cape.
Snyder was then joined by Man of Steel actor Harry Lennix (General Swanwick) to read a statement in character:
I want you to remember, Clark. In all the years to come. In all your most private moments…I want you to remember my hand at your throat. I want you to remember the one man who beat you.
That was immediately followed by a reveal of the Batman/Superman combined logo.
