The first trailer for David O. Russell’s American Hustle debuted on Wednesday.
The film reunites the director with his Silver Linings Playbook stars, Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper, and Robert De Niro.
Hustle showcases the FBI’s ABSCAM sting operations, which targeted politicians and mobsters in the 1970s and 80s.
Christian Bale, Amy Adams, and Jeremy Renner also star.
The movie is slated to open in December.
