Amanda Bynes is furious about a report that she was spotted eating soup and acting weirdly in a New York restaurant earlier this week.
On Thursday, “The View” aired a segment during which one of the show’s producers recounted her tale of walking into the eatery at the same moment as a young woman wearing a “crazy blonde wig and dark sunglasses,” whom the producer believed to be Bynes.

The producer showed two pictures of the wigged diner, who ate “split pea soup” and was “mumbling to herself.”
“The View” staffer characterized the actress’ alleged behavior as “peculiar.”
But when Bynes took to Twitter later, she vehemently denied that she was the person in the restaurant.
