Prince Jackson has reportedly canceled a scheduled TV appearance in the wake of his sister Paris’ apparent suicide attempt.
The 16-year-old was booked on the German television series, “Wetten, dass…?” (“Wanna Bet?”), but bowed out of the commitment after Paris’ hospitalization.
A rep for the TV show tells People, “Under these circumstances, we perfectly understand that Prince Michael prefers to stay close to his family. We wish Paris the strength and the power to recover soon.”
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Paris is said to have left a suicide note and cut her arm with a meat cleaver before calling a suicide hotline.
A family spokesperson tells us the teenager is “physically fine” after the attempt.
