Oprah Winfrey tops the new Forbes list of the 100 Most Powerful Celebrities, regaining the top spot after two years in second place.
The talk show queen turned media empress is followed by Lady Gaga at #2, Steven Spielberg at #3, Beyonce Knowles at #4, and Madonna in the fifth slot.
As always, Forbes uses a rather arbitrary methodology that calculates the rankings based on a mixture of earnings, Internet presence, marketability, and press mentions.
