Kate Upton is “rumored to be dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy,” reports Us Weekly.
The magazine says the supermodel celebrated her 21st birthday on Monday with her “new man,” quoting a supposed “source” as saying, ”It’s very new. They were set up through friends. They just started dating.”
Us alleges that Upton and Chmerkovskiy “certainly looked like a couple when they dined a deux at Scalinatella in New York City’s Upper East Side neighborhood” on June 10.
A purported “eyewitness” tells the tab the pair was supposedly holding hands during the dinner, noting, “They were very canoodly. It was a very intimate meal.”
Yes, it was indeed intimate — but not in the romantic way.
A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop, “They have known each other and been friends for a while,” but they’re “not dating.”
