Howard Stern poked fun at his fellow “America’s Got Talent” judges on Monday’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” telling the host that newcomers Heidi Klum and Mel B. “don’t matter.”

Stern said his diss was permissible because “it’s 12:30. No one’s watching.”
When Fallon noted that Klum may be tuning in to the show, the King of All Media replied, ”She’s not watching. She’s with her boyfriend [Martin Kristen], doing god knows what with him, hiding from her kids.”
Stern went on to say, “The judges don’t matter to me. I’m there, I’m holding the show together. I’m doing a great job.”
The radio host also talked about having a new fan base of children from being on the show, saying it’s hilarious because “I’m a monster.”
