Angelina Jolie walked her first red carpet on Sunday since announcing she underwent a double mastectomy.

The Oscar winner joined partner Brad Pitt at the London premiere of his movie World War Z.
Jolie, who was all smiles, wore a tight-fitting, long black gown that was sheer around her mid-section.

The actress revealed in May that she secretly had the mastectomy operation and reconstruction surgeries earlier this year after discovering she had an 87 percent risk of developing breast cancer.
Jolie, who reportedly still plans to have her ovaries removed, lost her mother to ovarian cancer in 2007, and her aunt Debbie Martin died of breast cancer just last week.
