Following her promotion, A&E Networks newly installed CEO Nancy Dubuc has laid out her new management team.
In her bid to ramp up internally, Dubuc has moved former A&E honcho Bob DeBitetto to president of brand strategy and business development at newly launched in-house A+E Studios. Additionally, Dirk Hoogstra, David McKillop and Rob Sharenow will take over as executive VP and general manager of History/H2, A&E and Lifetime, respectively. As part of the restructuring, Jana Bennett will join the company as president of Bio and LMN.
“At A+E Networks, we have created an amazing culture that is focused on creativity and innovation, and this has driven unprecedented success. We have the top brands that appeal to men, women and adults and we have strong brands in our emerging networks. With the ramp up and realignment of our programming groups, A+E Networks is well positioned to reach even greater heights,” Dubuc noted in a statement announcing the news Monday.
