Firefighters battling a blaze in Arizona, who went missing on Sunday, have been confirmed dead, report multiple sources.

The crew who is part of the Prescott Granite Mountain Hot Shots was fighting the Yarnell Hill fire, which broke out Friday northwest of Phoenix. The fire spread rapidly, damaged multiple homes and forced the evacuations of residents in nearby the communities. The blaze is believed to have been started by lightning.
