The Bechdel test tries to identify gender bias in fiction. Let’s see which movies in 2013 failed the test.

For a piece of work (in this case a movie) to pass the Bechdel test it must:

1. Have at least two named women.
2. These women talk to each other.
3. They must talk about something besides a man.

It failed because there are two (or more) women in this movie, but they only talk about a man.
