“Jennifer’s Balding Breakdown,” blares a headline from Star, which claims Jennifer Lawrence cut her hair because she’s going bald.
The mag, which previously declared that the actress “may be gay!” quotes a supposed “source” as saying, “Jen chopped her hair off because it’s falling out of her head.”
“She’s had so many chemical treatments and extensions that the only thing she could do to make her hair healthy again was to start over,” explains the purported “insider.”
Really?
NO.
For some odd reason, Star loves printing stories about Hollywood actresses supposedly going bald.
But in reality, Lawrence cut her hair simply because she had never had it that short before and wanted to try something new.
That’s all.
The star’s hairstylist Mark Townsend even told reporters of her new ‘do, “She was so excited to do the cut. I was the nervous one! She kept saying, ‘I think we should go shorter.’”
Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a Lawrence insider, who tells us the mag’s balding tale is completely “not true.”
