“It’s on for Hunger Games costars Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth!” declares Star.
According to the tabloid, “The long rumored couple were finally caught canoodling in public while in Cannes, France — in the VIP section of the Hunger Games: Catching Fire party at Bâoli on May 18.”
“Liam and Jennifer were flirting all night long,” a so-called “eyewitness” tells Star.
The mag’s source continues, “They were giggling and couldn’t stop touching each other! Jennifer kept putting her hand on his knee while Liam leaned in, whispering in her ear. The electricity between them was off the charts!”
Uh-huh.
What’s really “off the charts” is Star’s desperation.
Just a couple months ago, the tabloid was spreading rumors that Lawrence might be gay.
Then the mag weirdly alleged she was “balding.”
Basically, with Lawrence rising up the Hollywood ranks, Star will take every opportunity to write something eye-grabbing about her, which explains this new report about her getting “cozy” with Hemsworth.
But the two Hunger Games stars are colleagues and friends — that’s it.
A source close to Lawrence tells Gossip Cop the story is simply “not true.”
