Cozi TV, the new network from the NBC Owned Stations group, is continuing to beef up its programming slate.
The network has greenlighted Pushing It, a reality show starring modern-day birthing coach and personal trainer Jenny Skoog, for a June 2 premiere. The series will follow Skoog and her adventures coaching and training three very driven New York women: a partner-to-be at a high-powered law firm, a very pregnant top-tier modeling agent and a first-time mom trying to regain her fitness regime.

Skoog aims to help them get their bodies in shape before, during and after pregnancy while also assisting them in navigating life's other challenges through her own brand of tough love and advice. Throughout the season, Skoog also delves into her own issues with her husband, Stanley.
"Jenny is tough but charming and truly cares about the women she works with," says Meredith McGinn, vp of Cozi TV and LX.TV Productions. "We fell in love with the show the minute we heard about it and knew it would be a good fit for Cozi TV. Reality television resonates with our viewers and we know Pushing It will serve as a great complement to our iconic TV series and hit movies, along with our other original programming."
Skoog, born and raised on a small farm in rural Minnesota, moved to New York in her mid-20s to pursue her passion for fitness and became a top personal trainers. She is described as "a master trainer, doula, childbirth educator and nutritionist all rolled into one."
"My relationship with my clients is unique -- I kick their butts at the gym, but I’m also their friend and confidant for some of their biggest life moments," Skoog says. "I love sharing that with them, and I’m so excited to share it with the Cozi TV audience. I hope the lessons that my clients and I learn along the way will inspire other women and other couples to talk about the same issues in their lives."
