Wearing a plunging gold Zuhair Murad gown that featured a sheer embellished skirt, the 43-year-old "Live It Up" singer struck a confident pose on the red carpet beside choreographer beau Casper Smart. Lopez donned Christian Louboutin heels and Le Vian jewels. She carried a gold Christian Louboutin clutch.

Taylor Swift, who picked up eight trophies Sunday night, wore a cerulean mini-dress from the same designer's Pre-Fall 2013 collection. The frock featured sheer illusion panels and geometrically patterned sequins. The "Red" singer, 23, stood tall wearing Jimmy Choo "Suki" sandals and completed her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels.

Swift received the Artist of the Year award from presenter Celine Dion, who looked radiant at 45 wearing a fitted gold Atelier Versace dress. The Canadian songbird added extra glamour with gold pumps and a gold necklace.
