Beyonce was diagnosed with tonsillitis during her “The Mrs. Carter Show” world tour last month, she reveals in a new behind-the-scenes video posted on Tuesday.

In the clip, filmed before her April show in Zagreb, Croatia, Beyonce tells the camera, “I’m actually quite nervous because yesterday I was diagnosed with tonsillitis.”
“Hopefully I’ll give Croatians a great concert,” she adds. “I’m going to fight as hard as I can, and I know that God has my back.”
Last week, Beyonce canceled a concert in Belgium due to dehydration and exhaustion.
