Bachelorette Bikini Bodies: Lindsay Yenter, Selma Alameri Play Tug of War With Costars

Which reality star has the hottest Bachelor and Bachelorette beach body? ABC show alums Nick Peterson, Selma Alameri, Lindsay Yenter, Kiptyn Locke, Jesse Kovacs and Graham Bunn are all vying for that honor in the pages of Us Weekly's annual Hot Bodies issue, out Friday. "I'm very competitive. My goal is always to look the best, I want to look better than anybody and everybody. That's my goal!" Florida-based personal trainer Peterson, who vied for Ashley Hebert's affections on season 7 of The Bachelorette, told Us as he engaged in tug of war with his costars.

When Peterson took part in Bachelor Pad 3 (which he won with partner Rachel Trueheart), he chose to lead group workout sessions to keep the house in shape. "I had almost everyone out there. It was a lot of fun," he said of the circuit workout sessions with Kalon McMahon, Tony Pieper, Blakeley Shea Jones and Yenter, which included push-ups, pull-ups and band work. Now that the show has wrapped, Peterson has his sights set on another reality competition show, telling Us he'd love to serve as a trainer on NBC's The Biggest Loser.

To prep for her appearance on Sean Lowe's season of The Bachelor, Alameri enlisted two of her own personal trainers. "I went from being fit to toned," Alameri explained of her workouts with a regular trainer and one who specializes in kickboxing. Despite her strict workout regimen, Alameri admits she isn't afraid to indulge in her favorite treats every so often. "I would rather eat salads for three meals a day and be able to eat dark chocolate," she tells Us.

On The Bachelor, Alameri would share her diet and fitness expertise with costar and pal Yenter. "I am used to having a personal trainer telling me what to do, so I would kind of just stand there [when we worked out during The Bachelor], look at Selma [and ask] 'What do I do now?'" Yenter (who was denied a final rose when Lowe picked Catherine Giudici on the March 2013 finale) says with a laugh. "She kind of helped me out."

One hot Bachelor beauty noticeably absent from Us' photo shoot was Desiree Hartsock, who will make her debut as The Bachelorette on May 27, just two months after being dumped by Lowe. "I'm so excited for her [to be The Bachelorette]," Yenter told Us of Hartsock. "She's really fun and spunky and America is going to fall in love with her even more."

The Bachelorette premieres Monday, May 27 at 8 p.m. (EST) on ABC.
