Will a new day dawn for “24″?
According to a new report, FOX is in talks with series star Kiefer Sutherland to bring the series back for a limited run.
The show, which aired from 2001 to 2010, featured the actor as agent Jack Bauer who worked for the fictional Counter Terrorist Unit, with each episode airing in “real time.”
There’s been speculation for years about continuing the series as a big-screen movie, but production was canceled last year.
If “24″ returns, the episodes will feature a brand-new storyline, reports Deadline.
