Zac Efron injured his right arm while shooting his upcoming movie, Townies.
Even while hurt, the heartthrob took the time to pose with a nurse who helped bandage his wrist (photo right).
Efron’s injury was reportedly caused by a fall on set.
His new movie, which also stars Seth Rogen and Rose Bryne, centers around a frat boy who clashes with a neighbor.
