Demi Lovato debuted the music video for her new single “Heart Attack” on Tuesday.

In the clip, Lovato alternately performs the track with a full backing band and gets a little artsy with some paint, before ending up completely covered.

Lovato previously told Ryan Seacrest of the song, “I think everybody’s been in a situation where they’ve been vulnerable… and when you open up your heart to somebody it’s a risk, and this song is about taking that risk.”
The star’s new album Demi is set to be released in May.
