Vicki Gunvalson on Plastic Surgery: “I Hope I Look A Little Bit Younger, Brighter, Not So Dried Out”

There are plenty of big changes happening at the Gunvalson household on this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, but Vicki Gunvalson is insistent that one thing that will stay the same: Herself.

"I had a little bit of tweaking done, but I'm still the same person," the insurance agency owner tells Us in an exclusive sit-down interview at her Coto De Caza home. "My new look, I really don't think I look too much different. I hope I look a little bit younger, brighter, not so dried out."
