President Obama addressed the country on Monday after explosions rocked the Boston Marathon.

“We still do not know who did this or why,” said Obama, warning people not to “jump to conclusions” and vowing, ”We will find out who did this, and we will hold them accountable.”
He remarked, “Boston is a tough and resilient town, [and] so are its people,” and that “the American people will say a prayer for Boston tonight.”
