Tensions begin to flair even before the party kicks off. While Kari Wells is setting up for the festivities, Mariah is nowhere to be found -- and finally shows up two hours late.
Later, Mariah and Toya Bush-Harris get into a physical altercation after Toya reveals a secret from Mariah's past; she also irks Mariah by talking about her mother. The fight then turns physical, leaving guests in shock, drinks thrown and a purse in the pool.

Married to Medicine has become a hit for Bravo, with the most recent episode drawing 1.8 million total viewers and 1.2 million adults 18-49, up 31 percent and 60 percent, respectively, from the previous episode. That also marked the highest-rated episode of the season so far in the demo, and together with The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion episode, boosted Bravo to become the No. 1 cable network in primetime for the night.
