The sketch begins with Leno, 62, being questioned by his staff about the replacement rumors as he heads into his dressing room. He then picks up his phone and calls Late Night host Fallon. "Hey kid . . . how ya holdin' up?" he asks.

"OK, I guess," Fallon, 38, says. "You?"

"Yeah, I'll live," Leno responds. "I've been through this before, you know. Got to admit I'm getting sick of all this."

The two comedians then break into a musical duet. "Tonight, Tonight, who's gonna host Tonight? Is it gonna be Jimmy or Jay?" Fallon sings. "Tonight, Tonight, where will they tape Tonight? In New York or will it stay in L.A.?"

Leno continues, "Tonight, Tonight, my ratings were all right. Twenty years still in first place. Tonight, Tonight, I've got Fox on the line. Or maybe I could take over for Dave [Letterman]."

Even after the song, nothing has been confirmed about the possible replacement. Fallon and Leno concluded their skit by singing, "Tonight, Tonight, who cares who hosts Tonight? People just watch online the next day!"
