“American Idol” revealed its Top 5 of season 12 on Thursday.
Candice Glover and Kree Harrison were voted into the Top Two, revealed Ryan Seacrest.
Angie Miller and Janelle Arthur also made the crucial cut, leaving Lazaro Arbos and Amber Holcomb in the Bottom Two.
Arbos was ultimately the one in jeopardy, and performed one more time in hopes of scoring the judges’ save.
But the panel didn’t unanimously agree to use their veto power, eliminating him from the competition.
Still, as Seacrest said, Arbos “inspired a nation,” overcoming his stutter to beat out thousands of others in the competition.
Now, for the first time ever, the Top 5 is comprised of all women contestants.
