It looks like the new coaches on The Voice are fitting right in.
Usher and Shakira have taken the places of Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera for season four, and a new clip -- released exclusively here by The Hollywood Reporter -- proves that the newbies are able to hold their own against the witty vets, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

"I think the two new coaches are putting a serious kink in things,” says Shelton. “I think Adam and I kinda assumed that it was going to be easier with these two, that they’re going to screw the pooch over and over.”
But unfortunately for Shelton, the new kids came ready to compete.
“Shakira’s got her claws out, Usher’s over there with his leg up on his chair, being cool,” says Shelton.
When the hit NBC competition returns on March 25, the four coaches will once again build their teams through blind auditions, then cut them down through the battle and knockout before heading into the live shows.

While Usher is willing to get in on the fun too, he definitely comes off as the most serious of the four. It’s a big change from the goofy, sometimes rambling and always eccentric Green.
“I definitely feel right at home,” says Usher of joining the show. “I feel like there’s a family here. I really am enjoying it.”
One of the most random pieces of information we get from this new clip: Shakira loves fishing. Who knew?

Season four of The Voice premieres on Monday, March 25, at 8 p.m. on NBC.
