Ryan Seacrest is usually a consummate professional, but even he had a little stumble on Thursday’s “American Idol.”

When the live show came back from commercial, the host walked down some steps to say hi to “Glee” star Jane Lynch.
But as he neared the actress, he actually slipped.
So, how did Seacrest recover?
“Sue Sylvester just *saved* my life,” he tweeted afterward. ”That’s a change of pace :P”
