Lindsay Lohan’s legal problems just got a little lighter.
The troubled starlet will not be prosecuted for allegedly assaulting a fellow clubgoer in November.
As Gossip Cop previously reported, Lohan was accused of punching the woman in the face after getting into an argument at the New York City night club Avenue.
But Lohan’s attorney says she won’t be facing any criminal charges in the incident after the district attorney’s office determined they had insufficient evidence.

The accuser’s lawyer, however, says she may still pursue a civil case.
And the actress, of course, is still on the hook for reckless driving and lying to police in California, charges she pleaded no contest to earlier this week.
Lohan will have to serve 90 days in a locked rehab, and complete community labor and counseling in that case.
