Kordell Stewart has filed for divorce from Porsha Williams of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
In court documents, the former NFL star says the marriage is “irretrievably broken” and that he and Williams are currently separated.
The couple married in 2011.
They have no children together.
Williams, who goes by the name Porsha Stewart on the show, was a newcomer to “Real Housewives” in the franchise’s fifth season.
Hints of marital discord were discussed on the show, with Williams’ cast mates suggesting that Stewart might be too “controlling” an influence in her life as the couple weighed the possibility of having a baby.
