USA Network has set two male leads in its comedy pilot presentation from the creators of Best Friends Forever.
Key and Peele's Keegan Michael Key and Brad Morris have joined the network's untitled comedy from Lennon Parham and Jessica St. Clair, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively.

The single-camera semi-autobiographical comedy revolves around a single parent Maggie (Parham) asks her single and career-minded best friend Emma (St. Clair) to raise her new baby and follows the two best friends who reunite just when they need one another the most.
Key will play Mark, a cop in Emma and Maggie's small town but has some resentment toward Emma after she turned down his proposal when they were 23 and split the following day. Morris, whose credits include episodes of Modern Family and Cougar Town, will play Bruce, Maggie's husband who is caught having online sex with during her baby shower.
It's unclear if Key would remain on board with the comedy should it move forward, given his commitments to Comedy Central's breakout hit Key and Peele, which was renewed in November for a third season.
Parham, St. Clair -- who created and starred in NBC's short-lived comedy BFF, penned the script and will executive produce the Universal Cable Productions and American Work production alongside Scot Armstrong and Ravi Nandan. The Office's Zach Woods co-stars. For their part, Parham and St. Clair's BFF also started out as a pilot presentation at NBC.
Key is repped by UTA and Principato-Young Entertainment; Morris is with WME and 3 Arts Entertainment.
