Days after donning a gas mask in London, the pop star was spotted shirtless in the city, where he celebrated his 19th birthday after performing in Birmingham.

The Biebs walked into his hotel half-naked, despite the winter temperature of approximately 35 degrees.
He reportedly spent the night partying at the members-only club, BLC, and capped the night off eating at a Lebanese restaurant with some friends.
