According to Star, Brad Pitt has been “caught wearing Spanx!”
“He’s been to London and lives in France, and now Brad Pitt wears ladies’ underpants!” titters the magazine.
What, exactly, is Star talking about?
A “source” tells the tabloid that Pitt has been “sporting a girdle to control his pudgy midsection.”
“They minimize the bad and accent the good,” says the so-called Star “insider,” describing Pitt’s alleged “new shapewear from Spanx’s men’s collection.”
Uh-huh.
We wonder which Star “insider” slipped the magazine this dud of a rumor.
Was it the same one who falsely claimed Pitt had hair extensions?
Or maybe the source who ridiculously told Star that Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were going to have a secret baby together?
Who knows, the people behind the Spanx rumor could also be the ones who led Star to publish a cover story declaring that Pitt’s partner Angelina Jolie was 98 pounds, pregnant, and headed to rehab — NONE of which was true.
The point is: If Star publishes something outlandish about Pitt, it’s not entirely likely that it’s based on facts.
A source close to the actor assures Gossip Cop the Spanx story is just as “absurd” as it sounds.
