Roy Harper is in danger.
On Wednesday's Arrow, "Salvation," the teen finds himself one of The Savior's kidnapped victims. It's not the typical mission for Oliver Queen/Arrow (Stephen Amell), as his younger sister Thea (Willa Holland) is deeply involved with Roy. "Thea is trying to save the person that she is starting to have really strong feelings for," former Teen Wolf star Colton Haynes tells The Hollywood Reporter. Naturally, that intensifies Oliver's quest to right the ship.
Haynes talks to THR about Wednesday's episode, the dangers of being involved with Oliver's sister Thea and what the season finale may entail for Roy Harper.

The Hollywood Reporter: Tonight's episode sees Roy Harper in danger. What can you say about what we may see?
Colton Haynes: The Savior comes, and starts going on a kidnapping and a killing spree. Roy Harper is caught up in all of that.
THR: What kind of danger does Roy Harper face with this new threat?
Haynes: It’s pretty intense. Roy thinks he’s going to die. The Savior is wreaking havoc on people he thinks have wronged the Glades. Roy needs a little help from a special, hooded figure.
THR: It's a matter of time before he becomes Arrow’s sidekick. Are these the beginning stages?
Haynes: Tonight’s episode is Roy’s first encounter with the hood. [He gets] a lot of help from Thea, actually. Thea is trying to save the person that she is starting to have really strong feelings for.

THR: Their relationship is interesting to watch. Where are they going from here?
Haynes: It’s going to be interesting to see how it unfolds. The Savior starts broadcasting the kidnappings online. There’s this really great scene where Thea, Oliver and also Tommy (Colin Donnell) – there’s a newscast going on and Roy is one of the people kidnapped. The scene gets really emotional. Oliver’s like, "Do you know that kid?" She gets emotional. Oliver’s obviously reacting in a brotherly way but also having to know that he’s about to embark on this mission to save all these people who are being wronged. It’s going to be interesting whether or not things start going back to him and Thea starts trying to find out who the hood is, because she can’t go to her brother and try to find out. Oliver's going to be a sticky situation.
THR: Will she poke around for intel?
Haynes: She seems like a little troublemaker, these past few episodes. Working with Roy is going to tap into that, and [we will] see how much of that he can use to his advantage – to find out who the hood is, or how he can benefit from the knowledge that she’s given by working at CNRI.
THR: Are you in the majority of the remaining episodes?
Haynes: Yeah, I’m in [episodes] 20 to 23. I’m pretty much in every episode from here on out -- except for 19, I think.
THR: Where Roy ends up at the end of the season, did that surprise you?
Haynes: We just got the script for [episode] 22 last night (March 25). It’s going to get really, really fun towards the end, because everything is somehow pointing toward the Glades, and obviously Roy’s from there. Everything is starting to map out. Everything is wading its way to where where Roy and the hood -- and Oliver -- are going to have a lot of interaction together. I'm still unsure: Which way is Arrow going to take Roy?
