USA Network's Royal Pains is bulking up for its upcoming fifth season.
The summer drama has added American Horror Story's Frances Conroy for a multiple-episode arc, The Hollywood Reporter has learned. Additionally, Smallville alum Callum Blue will recur and Stephen Bishop, Kevin Kilner and Liza Lapira will guest star on the Mark Feuerstein series.

Conroy -- who is confirmed to return for the third season of FX's horror anthology American Horror Story -- will play Blythe Ballard, a member of the Hamptons "royalty" who lives in the estate next to Hank (Feuerstein) and Evan's (Paulo Costanzo) residence, Shadow Pond. After Hank treats Blythe for an arm injury, Evan becomes more determined than ever to land her as a client for HankMed, but she isn't easily swayed.
Blue will recur as Milos Kuester Ratenicz, Boris' (Campbell Scott) cousin. He's outgoing and warm and the anti-Boris, but the duo shares a mysterious genetic disease. Still suspicious about Boris' death, Hank turns to Milos for answers.

Bishop (Moneyball) will guest star as a minor league baseball player who seeks treatment from HankMed; Kilner (House of Cards) and Lapira (Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23) will play Tom and Erika Seelig, a couple in the Hamptons who turn to Hank after she experiences strange symptoms before a big fundraiser.
Conroy, repped by ICM Partners, is a five-time Emmy nominee for her work on (Six Feet Under and American Horror Story). She won a Golden Globe in 2001 for her role in the HBO critical darling. Blue, who is with Gersh and KLWGN, counts Secret Diary of a Call Girl and The Tudors among his credits.
Season five of Royal Pains, which will film on location in Georgia and Europe, will bow in the summer.
