When the zombie drama picks up for the back-half of its third season on Sunday, new cast member Sonequa Martin-Green's Sasha -- Tyreese's sister -- learns the hard way that the prison's resident "Little Ass Kicker" had a tragic arrival.

In a scene from Sunday's midseason premiere, Sasha discovers that Beth (Emily Kinney) isn't the baby's mother and the group's heartfelt silence she receives from Hershel and company when she ponders aloud who the little girl belongs to speaks volumes of the losses the group has already endured.
