Kristen Stewart walked the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 24, in a floor-length gown, glittery jewels, and one very odd accessory. The Twilight actress, 22, was spotted hobbling out of her car with a set of crutches for an unspecified injury before dropping them to pose for cameras.

Stewart, who wore a pale blush, strapless couture Reem Acra gown, kept on a brave face as she smiled for the press in the soft-colored gown. She completed the look with Jimmy Choo heels and Fred Leighton jewelry.

The actress was honored just one day before, on Saturday, Feb. 23, at the Razzies -- the last chapter of the Twilight series, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, swept the awards ceremony, which honors the worst cinematic achievements of the year.

The film took home the "honors" for Worst Film, Worst Ensemble Cast, Worst Director (Bill Condon), Worst Actress (Stewart), Worst Supporting Actor (Lautner) and Worst Onscreen Couple (Lautner and young Mackenzie Foy, whose character Renesmee becomes the intended to Lautner's werewolf character, Jacob Black).

Stewart previously won a Worst Actress Razzie for Bella in Breaking Dawn and Snow White in Snow White and the Huntsman.
