Kate Middleton is facing another photo scandal after an Italian magazine said it plans to publish photos showing the pregnant Duchess in a bikini during her and Prince William’s Caribbean vacation.
St. James’s Palace says it is “disappointed” that Chi magazine — the same publication which printed topless pictures of Middleton in France last fall — has decided to run the photos.
The Palace stated, “We are disappointed that photographs of the Duke and Duchess on a private holiday look likely to be published overseas. This is a clear breach of the couple’s right to privacy.”
The pictures were taken on the island of Mustique, where Middleton and Prince William are currently on vacation.
The shots, which are set to be published on February 13, are said to show the pregnant duchess walking in the surf in a blue bikini.
It’s not yet known whether St. James’s Palace will take legal action against the publication.
