CBS scored an easy win in adults 18-49 (3.4 rating) and total viewers (13.9 million) on Thursday night, starting with a slightly off Big Bang Theory. The comedy was down two tenths of a point to a 5.3 rating with adults, before Two and a Half Men (4.2 adults) grew by the same measure. Person of Interest pulled a season high of a 3.2 adults rating, up three tenths of a point, while Elementary rose one tenth to a 2.3 in the demo. The networks' Denver affiliate carried the NFL game so final ratings are subject to change.

The X Factor fell three tenths on Fox, pulling a 2.4 rating among adults 18-49. Glee was also down, just a tenth, for a 2.1 in the demo. Fox averaged a 2.3 adults rating and 6.6 million viewers.

ABC's Last Resort saw a bump, 20 percent, for a 1.2 rating with adults 18-49, before Grey's Anatomy tied its season low of a 3.0 with adults (it was down just a tenth). Scandal improved on last week's high, pulling a 2.5 rating among adults 18-49 and marking a season and series high for the show. ABC averaged a 2.2 adults rating and 7.3 million viewers.

30 Rock (1.1 adults) was down two tenths on NBC, while Up All Night was steady with last week's 1.2 rating. The Office saw a two tenths bump from its series low for a 2.1 with adults. Parks and Recreation (1.5 adults) and Rock Center (1.0 adults) were both up just a tenth, giving NBC an average 1.3 adults rating and 3.5 million viewers.

The Vampire Diaries was down three tenths of a point to a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49, while Beauty and the Beast (0.5 adults) was down just a tenth of a point. The CW averaged a 0.8 adults rating and 1.9 million viewers.

Univision averaged a 1.5 adults rating for the night.
