Some stars became first-time moms while other celeb parents added to their family.

Mason became a big brother when little sister Penelope entered the world on July 8.
4. Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth
On September 27, the Oscar winner, already mom to daughter Ava and son Deacon, added baby boy Tennessee James to her family.

The “Jersey Shore” star went from parties to Pampers when son Lorenzo was born on August 26.
