Her name is Olga Oleynik (Barbie name “Dominika”).
Dominika is now besties with the original Ukrainian Barbie girl, Valeria Lukyonova, right (photos here).
The two say they plan to move to America soon.

To me, Dominika looks like she hasn't quite made the full transition to full-on plastic doll.
