Khloe Kardashian is “controlled” by Lamar Odom as their marriage “crumbles,” claims In Touch, which has been wrongly reporting that the couple is doomed for months.
The tabloid, which once shamelessly and falsely reported that Kardashian had suffered a miscarriage, now claims that Odom’s been “calling all the shots” recently, saying it’s “an alarming trend for the Kardashian sister that fans love most for her strength and take-no-prisoners candor.”
“Lamar definitely has a lot of control over Khloe right now,” says a source for In Touch, which has lost credibility with its repeated inaccurate allegations about the couple.
The mag’s insider explains, “She used to have all the power, but now it’s shifted. He’s detached from her family, less involved in their perfume line and hanging out with his friends all the time.”
In Touch insists that Odom “parties up a storm” as Kardashian stays silent.
“He’s playing by his rules now,” says a so-called “pal,” going on to say that Kardashian “doesn’t fight him because she loves him and is terrified of losing him.”
Or maybe none of this drama is actually happening.
The tabloid has shown that it will print inaccurate and hurtful stories about Odom and Kardashian for the sake of sensationalism, and week after week In Touch details an alternate universe where the couple is always on the verge of disaster.
Back in reality, none of the various alleged “betrayals” and power shifts occur.
The couple is as happy as ever, and it seems to be driving the tabloids nuts.
A source close to them tells Gossip Cop that Odom and Kardashian are doing “great,” and that In Touch is “totally wrong” once again.
