Keibler -- who is currently dating George Clooney -- talked to The Hollywood Reporter ahead of Thursday's episode, which airs at 9 p.m. While she declined to reveal whether her significant other ever offers her fashion advice, she did open up about her favorite designers, how she got involved with the Lifetime show and what it was like judging the All Stars.
The Hollywood Reporter: How did you become a guest judge on Project Runway: All Stars?
Stacey Keibler: They just called and asked if it was something I was interested in. I jumped at the opportunity to be on the show. I had watched here and there, so I was a fan.
THR: What was it like judging the designers?
Keibler: It was hard because all the designers are so talented. It was hard to choose someone to go home, but I really had such a great time, and the contestants were just so great.
THR: What was the designers' challenge for this week's episode?
Keibler: The contestants had to make a ready-to-wear dress that was between $500 and $700. There were some dresses [the designers made] that I would have loved to take off the models and wear on the red carpet later that night.

THR: Had you ever met [All Stars judges] Georgina Chapman or Isaac Mizrahi before?
Keibler: Yes, I've known Georgina for some time. I wore her dress to the Oscars last year, and there was a lot of fitting for that. She is so sweet and beautiful and talented. Elie, who I had never met, was just wonderful. And Isaac and I had a really great time together.
THR: Did you have a favorite designer on All Stars?
Keibler: For me, it really ended up being about hanger appeal, so I was really trying to connect to the dresses they created, rather than the person, because they were all so nice and talented.
THR: Who are your favorite designers in general?
Keibler: I have to say, right now I'm in love with Isabel Marant. I love Chloe and Stella McCartney and, for the more casual stuff, Rag & Bone. I can't walk in that store without buying something. I am lucky I get to work with so many different designers. I love learning about fashion.
THR: What has been your favorite red-carpet look?
Keibler: I would have to say I loved my dress and whole look for the Oscars last year. It was so elegant and timeless and a bit retro with a modern twist that I loved.
