Miley Cyrus gave another provocative performance on Sunday, this time at the 2012 “VH1 Divas” concert in Los Angeles.
Dressed in a leather outfit adorned with studs and chains that left her midriff exposed, the singer performed a rocking rendition of Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell.”

Cyrus dedicated the performance to her late dog, who passed away last week, yelling out, “That was for you, Lila!”
