There's no doubt Giuliana Rancic has taken a shine to first-time parenthood -- but would the super-busy E! News and Fashion Police hostess ever consider slowing down to become a stay-at-home mom? Maybe.

"I'm sad. Today I have to leave for Tampa, Fla. to sell my clothing line on HSN, then I go directly to Los Angeles for the Emmys," Guiliana says in a preview clip from the Dec. 4 episode of STYLE's Giuliana & Bill. "I knew this day was coming -- that it was inevitable, but I have to be honest: I'm not ready."

Despite her husband Bill's reassurance that the couple will both learn to strike the perfect work-family life balance, Giuliana isn't convinced. "Maybe I should quit right now! I don't want to go," she suggests in one emotional scene before breaking down in tears.

Though she had initial misgivings about first-time motherhood, Rancic quickly got the hang of parenting little Duke, as the couple call their son. "It feels good. I'm not nervous at all -- I feel like I can take care of him," the new mom -- who welcomed her son via gestational surrogate in August -- has said. "I expected to be more flustered but I feel totally at ease. It's kind of amazing. I just feel like I know what he needs!"
