“X Factor” held a double elimination on Thursday, and it was a doozy!
The show kicked off by immediately eliminating the act that shockingly received the lowest amount of votes — rap trio Lyric 145.
The next two lowest vote-getters were surprises as well — Demi Lovato’s team members Paige Thomas and Jennel Garcia.
They were forced to sing for their lives, but only one of them would be saved.
Garcia performed Hoobastank’s “The Reason,” while Thomas performed Coldplay’s “Paradise.”
So, which one was sent home?
Garcia was eliminated after Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Britney Spears all voted for her to leave.
That meant Paige and the remaining 9 other acts are safe for another week.
