Funny or Die

The Angus T. Jones spoofs are coming fast and furious, and the latest to pay tribute to the candid Two and a Half Men star is Matthew Perry.

A little more polished than a similar effort from network neighbors Rainn Wilson and Craig Robinson (The Office), Perry's plea to get viewers to stop watching Go On popped up on Funny or Die on Thursday.

STORY: Angus T. Jones Will Honor 'Two and a Half Men' Contract; Will Warner Bros. Let Him?

"Glancing at the bible has led me realize that my show, Go On, is a complete abomination with terrible morals," he says, channeling Jones' own religious rant that went viral this week. "Don't watch my show. I want you to stop watching NBC's Go On."

The clip seems par for the course until Perry brings up a lost video from his time on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip -- "That video was very successful. Nobody watched that show." -- and Go On co-star Brett Gelman promises him pain pills in exchange for a public apology.

"If you apologize, I'll give you some Percocet," says Gelman. "And I won't tell anybody."

Cue a charmingly penitent Perry sporting a Go On hat. Watch the video below:
