“J. Lo Imposes Curfew on Casper,” reads a headline in the latest issue of Star, which goes on to ask, “With an 18-year age difference, Jennifer Lopez’s boy-toy, Casper Smart, is young enough to be her child — so why not treat him like one?”
According to the tabloid, Lopez recently “decided to impose a 2 a.m. deadline on Casper’s partying if he goes out without her — and she even hired a bodyguard to keep tabs on him.”
A so-called “friend” of Lopez tells the magazine that after being photographed outside of a “gay XXX peepshow” last summer, the singer-actress “wants to be sure he can never publicly embarrass her like that again. And if he tries, his new bodyguard is going to rat him out in a heartbeat.”
Gossip Cop is wondering if the supposed “friend” who fed Star this story is the same one who gave the tabloid such other inaccurate reports as Lopez leaving “American Idol” to have a baby and the laughably wrong one last spring about her and Smart getting “married in Mexico.”
And, as for the repeated “gay XXX peepshow” references, lawyers for Lopez and Smart previously called the claims “false, malicious and defamatory,” and told Gossip Cop they would “pursue all remedies available to them under the law.”
But getting back to the latest tale about Lopez “hiring a bodyguard to keep tabs” on Smart, multiple sources say it’s NOT TRUE.
A rep for J. Lo also notes the Star story is “inaccurate.”
Fortunately, Gossip Cop is the only site to really “keep tabs” on the tabs.
