"We have so many different conflicts going on, and last year we had only one," returning Housewife Marysol Patton tells The Hollywood Reporter. "Last year, we had cooking lessons and somebody didn't pay their parking ticket on time. Now, there are so many things -- relationship problems, divorces, fighting among friends, infertility probems."

Patton and series newcomer Joanna Krupa recently talked to THR about what's ahead for season two. Among the key moments viewers can look out for:

1. Adriana De Moura slaps Krupa.

Things get physical at a fund-raising even thrown by Lisa Hochstein. "I don't know what was in the drinks that night, but there was fight after fight after fight," model and former Dancing With the Stars contestant Krupa says. "Somebody was thrown in the pool, then there was a situation where Joe Francis was saying lies about my sister [Marta] and I, and Adriana slapped me. I thought I saw the devil [when she slapped me]. It was supposed to be a fun charity event, and it turned out to be a disaster."

2. Patton and Lea Black's tension comes to a head.

The two had a bit of a falling-out over an event that the PR expert worked for Black, who wasn't happy with the results and as such declined to hire Patton again. Additionally, Black made a "green card" joke about Patton's ex-husband, which didn't sit well with her. In an upcoming episode, "we face each other and have a big discussion about all of it," Patton says.

3. A trip to Bimini Island in the Bahamas doesn't go quite as planned.

The trip was scheduled around Krupa's birthday. "I wanted it to be a peaceful, cleansing trip so everybody would get along," Krupa says. "Boy, was I wrong." She notes that Patton and Black's drama takes center stage. And, adds Patton: "We kind of discover there's been some cheating going on. A lot of things are hashed out, but there is also a lot of spiritual healing."

4. Patton's ex-husband returns.

Patton revealed this season that she and Philippe Pautesta-Herder had separated. "When we were filming his grandmother passed away and he was in France for a few months, so he wasn't there, but later on he came back and we were able to talk about what happened with the breakup," she says. "It will be nice for the audience to see."

5. Krupa's relationship with fiance Romain Zago continues to struggle.

The model finds flirtatious emails between her fiance and a dancer who has been working for him for five years. When they sit down to talk about their problems, "a lot of the things he told me shocked me," she says.

6. Karent Sierra continues to be the source of tension.

A few of the castmembers -- including De Moura, who introduced Sierra into the group -- have started to become annoyed with the celebrity dentist. While Patton says Sierra isn't a bad person -- "she just gets excited and wants to be in the limelight" -- Patton does end up having her own conflict with Sierra.

7. Krupa poses for PETA -- and the shoot might shock viewers.

"I'm curious to see how people respond," she says. "It's more of a comedic angle, and I hope people get the joke and the message, or I will be ducking in the corner somewhere if people don't understand it. My fiance was like, 'Oh my god, that's so gross.' But with me, anything is possible. The crazier the better."

The Real Housewives of Miami airs at 9 p.m. Thursdays.
